Orders below $70 USD: $15 USD shipping.

Orders of $70 USD or more: free shipping.

Delivery and tracking

Most orders arrive within 5–9 days after dispatch.* Wherever you are, we’re here to help with any delivery issue. If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact our team with your order number — we’ll take care of you. *Delivery times are estimated. Local postal delays can sometimes mean a longer wait, especially in certain regions.

Your DROP is carefully packed and sent to your door with tracked ECO POST shipping.

We email your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch so you can follow your DROP on its way. Custom artwork printing takes approximately 12 days before shipping.

Returns

Try DROP with your guitar for 30 days after delivery. Returns are accepted even after use during the trial, provided the product is undamaged and returned complete in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us within 30 days before sending it back. Return shipping to us is paid by you. Once we receive your return, we issue a full refund for the returned item to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Request a return

1. Sign in with the email used for your order. We send you a one-time code; no password is needed.
2. Open your order and choose Request return. Select the items you want to send back.
3. Choose a return reason and add a note about your product and packaging.
4. Eligible new orders are approved automatically. Wait for your return authorization number and shipping instructions by email before sending the parcel. Requests for older orders may need a review.

Write the return authorization number inside the parcel. You pay return shipping. Reply to the approval email with the tracking number. Your refund is issued after the product reaches us.

One-year manufacturing-defect warranty

DROP manufacturing defects are covered for one year. We replace affected units rather than repair them. Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue.
